BRS BOOKING SYSTEM


The BRS System will start to be gradually rolled out in early spring.  Tee time booking for members will not be all day every day.  Tee times will start by being booked only for extremely busy periods and should have minimal impact upon the membership.

So what are the advantages of the system? 

Keeping up to date

The General Committee do not want Neath Golf Club to be left behind, especially when technology is moving so fast.  A large proportion of golf clubs are starting to use online booking systems and more and more visitors are booking golf this way.  Neath needs bookings from these visitors who book golf online.


Members can book easily at home or at the Club

Members find it much easier to check online and book tee times from their home or office, instead of having to call or drive to the club. Members of BRS clubs made 2.8 million bookings in 2009.  Members will also know during the busy times when they will be teeing off and not have to wait around for a long period of time just to be able to tee off.

72% of online bookings are made outside normal office hours

Recent analysis of online booking statistics by BRS Golf, developers of the market leading online booking system, shows a surprising and clear trend: 72% of online bookings are made outside of normal club office hours (8am to 5pm). 

Based on their research into the 330 clubs with the BRS system and the £2.1 million of bookings taken online through BRS Golf during 2009, £1.6 million was booked when the office was closed.


Improve your marketing: build marketing databases, recruit new members, generate revenues

By capturing the e-mail addresses of visitors, societies and companies that book at your club, the BRS system builds a marketing database of prospects that know what your club offers.
