The Official Neath Golf Club Website
In 1934 a top quality golfer in the shape of Open Champion,
James Braid, was commissioned to lay out the Golf Course from difficult terrain, and he most certainly came up trumps by creating a demanding and spectacular course. Neath Golf Club is a member of the
JAMES BRAID TRAIL and members can take advantage of playing at other James Braid Courses for reduced fees.
If you are looking for a change from playing the seaside courses when visiting the West Glamorgan area, then Neath Golf Club is an excellent place to visit. In direct contrast to Swansea's great linkland clubs, the one at Neath sits majestically atop a high hill at Cadoxton and two miles from the bustling old town of Neath.
The vistas of the Vale of Neath and the outstanding countryside beyond are something very special....... why not see for yourself!
